Hand-painted moth stained glass suncatcher
This cute colorful little moth was handmade by Tamara Goldsmith in her home studio in Portland, Oregon.
It utilizes a variety of different glass colors, all iridescent, that have been hand-painted with a Pebeo Vitrea permanent glass paint. The solder has been blackened with a patina.
The piece measures about 9 inches long and 5 inches tall, and hangs from a matching black chain.
 
Stained glass contains lead. Lead is not dangerous to keep in your home, but care is recommended when handling. Do not ingest lead, and wash hands after cleaning.
