Handmade by Tamara Goldsmith, these stained glass feathers are one-of-a-kind, not cut from mass-produced templates. Each piece is uniquely designed, hand-cut, copper-foiled, and assembled in her Portland, Oregon studio.
All hang from a light gunmetal chain about 8" in length.
Each feather is about 7-8 inches long and about 2 inches wide.

60/40 lead/tin solder was used and the border is lead came. 
 
Lead is not dangerous to have in your home in an art-piece like this unless sanded or causing lead-dust to be airborne and inhaled or somehow ingested. However, it is always a good idea to wash your hands well after cleaning or handling the piece.
